Cold Feet
Although they rarely see the light of a winters day, feet
can suffer as much as more exposed areas. Suzanne Levine, a
Manhattan podiatrist, recommends sloughing feet in the shower
daily with a pumice stone coated with body lotion to help keep
them soft and odor free. As important as this step is, drying
is equally vital, paying special attention between the toes.
"Winter is a wonderful time for fungus to grow," says
Levine. For a nighttime treatment, Levine raves about a copper
cream, Complex Cu3, that can be found a her Web site, www.institutebeaute.com.
